The mission of the India Sponsorship Committee is to provide children in need the support required by them for an education that offers them opportunities that develop their full potential. Further, it seeks to create opportunities for children to become responsible, contributing members of society by helping them meet their family, social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs.
Residential village having 9 sadans, each accommodating 9-12 children under the charge of a house mother. The children live in an environment as a foster family and contribute to the upkeep of the house in an atmosphere of love and laughter.
English medium school on the campus, from classes KG to Xth, ensures their educational needs complying with all guidelines as per the RTE Act. The school is open to children from the neighbouring rural villages as well.
The Industrial Training Institute, sponsored by L&T, is also on the same campus and helps in the rehabilitation of the older children. Courses such as electrical and welding technology are offered.
