That’s why we’re proud to showcase our youth empowerment program, SARATHI, which has been transforming the lives of students for the past two years. Through SARATHI, we provide guidance, support, and essential life skills to help young people navigate their career paths with confidence and purpose.
Empowering Youth with SARATHI:
SARATHI, meaning ‘guide’ or ‘mentor’, is more than just a program – it’s a beacon of hope for young students seeking direction in their lives. Each year, we select 30-50 students from various backgrounds who are in 9th grade and above to participate in SARATHI. Our goal is to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
Career Counseling and Guidance:
One of the core components of SARATHI is career counseling and guidance. Our experienced mentors work closely with each student to help them understand their interests, strengths, and aspirations. Through personalized counseling sessions, we explore different career options, current industry trends, and educational pathways, empowering students to make informed decisions about their future.
In addition to career guidance, SARATHI focuses on the holistic development of students by imparting essential life skills. From digital literacy to financial literacy, communication skills to leadership skills, we cover a wide range of topics to ensure that students are well-prepared to navigate the challenges of adulthood. Our interactive and child-friendly classes make learning fun and engaging, instilling confidence and self-belief in our students.
