Job Description: Manager – Fundraising and partnership
Reports To: Executive Director Location: Colaba, Mumbai.
Experience Required: 3–5 years (ideal for IIM/Top B-school fresher or early-career professional).
Salary: Commensurate with experience and NGO compensation norms.
Role Summary:
The Manager – Fundraising and Partnerships will drive data-based decision-making and storytelling across the organization.
They will collect, analyze, and visualize data to track program fundraising and partnerships, support strategy, and strengthen donor engagement through compelling fundraising and partnerships reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Analytics
- Design and manage systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting across programs.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful data is captured.
- Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to create dashboards.
- Fundraising and Partnerships Reporting & Communication
- Develop high-quality donor and board fundraising and partnerships reports, aligned with indicators and outcomes.
- Create infographics and visual narratives that translate data into accessible formats for stakeholders.
- Contribute content for annual reports, pitch decks, grant proposals, and case studies.
- Strategy & Learning
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support internal reviews, strategic planning, and decision- making.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and recommend course-correction strategies.
- Benchmark fundraising and partnerships against national/international standards (e.g., SDGs)
- Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Provide insights, data, and content for fundraising decks and donor communications.
- Support proposal development by aligning program outputs with measurable outcomes.
- Engage with CSR and foundation partners during monitoring and reporting cycles.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic link between program, M&E, communications, and fundraising teams.
- Build capacity of staff in data literacy and fundraising and partnerships measurement tools.
Desired Profile:
- Master’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field (IIM or top-tier institute preferred).
- 0–4 years of experience in consulting, analytics, development sector, CSR, or fundraising and partnerships roles.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools, and research methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams and stackholders.

Job Title : Superintendent Male (Residential- At Balgram Campus, Lonavala)

Role Summary :
We are seeking a committed, responsible and empathetic Superintendent to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Boys’s residential home. The superitendent will ensure that all care, protection, Health, Education and welfare related services for all children residing at CCI are delivered in alignment with the Juvenile justice (Care and Protecion of cjildrne) Act, CCI regulations and ISC’s vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Child Care and Protection
- Ensure the safety, Displine and well-beling of all children residing in the CCI.
- Supervise daily routines – Hygiene, meals, Study time, recreation and sleep.
- Maintain a structured, respectful and nurturing residential environment.
- Handle grievances or behavioral concerns with compassion and fairness.
     Administration & compliance
- Ensure the child records, admission registers, attendance, health check-up logs and other statutory documentation are maintained and updated.
- Ensure compliance with JJ Act, DCPU, CWC, and child rights cimmission norms.
CSR Reporting & Donor Engagement
- Prepare professional and timely CSR reports (narrative & financial) as per partner requirements.
- Develop presentations, human interest stories, visual reports to communicate outcomes.
- Support donor meetings, Field visits and proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with CSR documentation, MoUs and grant deliverables.
    Monitoring, Evaluation & Analytics
- Supervise baseline, midline and endline data collection and analysis.
- Maintain robust MIS and Data visualization dashboards.
- Analyze trends to support adaptive programming and share learnings internally and externally.
Staff coordination
- Supervise caregivers, night guards, cooks and other support staff.
- Conduct staff meetings and promote a team culture of care, discipline, respect.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as the key liaison with school teachers, vocational trainers, health providers and external agencies.
- Coodinate with parents (when applicable), Visitors and authorities during inspections reveiws.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate/ post Graduate in Social work, Psychology, Education or related field.
- Total experince of 6-8 years with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in CCI’s, SOS, Child care, residential settings or institutional managements.
- Familirites with Juvinile Justice Act and child rights.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Good Knowledge of MS office and basic record keeping tools, SPSS and AI tools.
- Must be compassionate, organized, calm under pressure and value discipline.
